Beach Drive

picture

The 'Beacon on Beach Drive' is one of Aspect Electrical's signature installations. Extensive planning and quality workmanship is the pride and joy of our staff that helped piece this gem together. Special attention was given to highlighting the architectural details of this home's peaked roofline and wooden soffits as well as providing proper dedicated electrical circuits for the home's many unique appliances and installation of home automation equipment.

Mercer Place

This custom home has a well-planned lighting install that includes low voltage tracks hanging from an eighteen-foot ceiling, outdoor low voltage pot lights to accent the colors in the cedar plank siding, low voltage under cabinet puck lighting to highlight grains in the granite counter tops, and an extensive and well lined pot light layout throughout the entire home.

El Nido

El Nido is one of five fine homes we completed at a sub-division located at the foothills of Mt. Doug Park. This sub-division was an eye-opening job for our team as each house had a different style and uniqueness, from traditional to contemporary and modern. This difference in style forced us to research different uses and styles of lighting. Completing these five homes attested to Aspect Electrical Services' ability to handle heavy workloads without any compromise in quality.

Cadboro Bay

This house located in the heart of Cadboro Bay was a pleasure to work on. Attention to detail was given to all aspects of our electrical installation. Extensive work was put into the outer architectural lighting layout that illuminates the entire house when viewed from the street. The interior has many types, styles, and uses of lighting fixtures used which add character to the homes overall décor. Once again Aspect Electrical Services has hit it off by providing its customer with a unique and fully functioning electrical installation.

Located in View Royal, this custom home was a pleasure to work on. The builder and our team met on several occasions to brainstorm unique lighting uses and layout. The exterior L.E.D. lighting is fully automated to turn on at night and off in the morning. L.E.D. strip lights were installed under the bathroom vanities to make the kickspace have a glowing affect. These strip lights are also automated to turn on as one enters the bathroom.
